Experiential Education
SPI workshops provide structured, facilitated environments where participants explore concepts through guided experiential learning.

Reading about pleasure and practicing it are different skills. Workshops exist for the second one — held in professionally facilitated rooms with clear structure, clear agreements, and no assumptions about what any participant wants.
Fully clothed, seated, conversational. Reflection, language, and structured exercises with no physical practice.
Clothed embodied practice: breath, attention, movement, and sensation awareness led by a facilitator.
Private, self-directed practice at home between sessions, with structured guidance and debrief.
Limited-capacity formats with additional screening, explicit participation agreements, and clearly stated expectations.
